Prior to this role, Leslie spent over eighteen years in the banking and real estate industries, holding various positions that focused on organizational development and team restructuring. Leslie proudly participated as a speaker at the prestigious 78th United Nations General Assembly Science Summit (UNGA78), focusing on devising strategies to diminish global inequalities faced by women in the Web3 domain.

Leslie holds a significant position as a Board Member and External Advisor for the Web3 Acceleration Association (WAA) at Texas Tech University. This organization transcends the boundaries of a typical club, establishing itself as a center of innovation, learning, and advancement in the Web3 arena. Each board member, including Leslie, plays a pivotal role in guiding WAA. Their efforts are aimed at making a meaningful impact not only within the student community but also across the broader technological and innovation landscape.

In addition to her roles at the UNGA and WAA at Texas Tech University, Leslie is a fervent advocate for raising awareness about the underfunding and lack of resources faced by Junior College athletes. She is deeply committed to bridging the financial gap that exists beyond what scholarships cover. Her advocacy highlights the often-overlooked needs of Junior College sports programs, underscoring her commitment to equality and support across all levels of education and athletics.
